How it works

Tell us the model and symptom

Use the form, chat, phone or drop by the workshop. You do not need to know the exact repair type first.

We assess the machine

We check the fault, whether repair makes sense and whether parts are available before recommending the next step.

You get the price before we continue

When the case needs more work or parts, you get the price and recommendation before we continue.

More details to check

Fake warnings are often browser problems

Many “virus warnings” come from websites, push notifications or browser extensions, not real antivirus. Typical signs are countdowns, phone numbers, payment demands or messages that return when the browser opens.

When reinstall is safer

If Windows is heavily changed, unknown programs start automatically, bank or email accounts may be exposed, or cleanup does not stay stable, we assess backup and reinstall instead of endless manual cleanup.
