Drop off in Markeveien 11 or mail in your machine. We check the issue, give you a price before repair, and you pay when the job is finished.

Visit us during opening hours, or create a case and send the machine by post.

Get diagnosis and price

We inspect the machine and send our recommendation and price. You can approve or decline in Minside or by SMS.

Pick up or get it returned

We let you know when the repair is finished. Pick up at the workshop, or get the machine sent back by post.

We replace cracked or faulty laptop screens, and check display cable and backlight when the image flickers or goes black.

We troubleshoot fans that are noisy, stuck or make the machine run hot and shut down under load.

Windows errors and no-start cases

We repair boot errors, blue screens, crashes, stuck updates and system faults that stop Windows from starting correctly.

Broken DC jack or charging port

We inspect charging ports, DC jacks, adapters and power circuits when the machine will not charge or only works at certain angles.

Do I need an appointment for PC or Mac repair?

No. You can usually visit the workshop in Markeveien 11 during opening hours, or mail in the machine if you are not in Bergen.

What does PC and Mac repair cost?

The price depends on the model, fault, part cost and whether the issue is solved during diagnosis. We give an estimate before the repair continues when parts or more work are needed.

How long does a repair take?

Many cases without special parts are solved within 1-3 business days. Part availability, troubleshooting, capacity and your response time can affect timing.

Do you repair both Windows PCs and Macs?

Yes. EasyPC repairs laptops and desktop PCs, MacBooks, iMacs, Mac minis and gaming PCs, as well as selected consoles.

Which PC brands do you repair?

We repair Lenovo, HP, Asus, Dell and Acer, as well as desktop PCs, gaming PCs and custom-built machines.
